We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within our return window as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please visit our Returns page for full details and instructions.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and support.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or peak seasons.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We accept returns within 14–30 days of delivery (choose your timeframe) for eligible items. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of odors, stains, or damage
- In original packaging with tags attached
Items marked final sale, clearance items, gift cards, and worn apparel are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you need a different size or item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order to secure availability.
