Our Mission
Sport is the doorway. Belonging is the
room.
We exist to give young people a place to be seen, supported, and stretched — through athletics, mentorship, and a community that shows up. Every program we run is a promise: you are not alone, and you are capable of more than you've been told.

A story
From one block to a tribe.
TRIB33LITE began with a simple observation: kids in our neighborhoods had no shortage of talent or heart — only a shortage of doors held open for them. So we started holding doors open.
What started as pickup games turned into clinics. Clinics turned into mentorship. Mentorship turned into a movement. Today, TRIB33LITE serves hundreds of young athletes and families across our community — and we're just getting started.
